CIA File: Temporal Mauraders
This is the latest update dealing with "at-large" or "still-active" individuals or races we members of the CIA (Celestial Intervention Agency) have labeled as Temporal Mauraders. These races/individuals, though they may or may not be in possesion of reliable temporal technology, pose the greatest threat to the preservation of the space/time continuum. These various races/individuals have displayed tendancies to manipulate time and or space for their own gain, and thorough analysis of historical events has shown them to be likely to continue their violent and/or manipulative behavior. All Field Operatives must regard these Temporal Marauders as highly dangerous, and any means must be taken to thwart their goals, even at the cost of your own lives.
