Current Threats
Entry: The Master
Planet of Origin: Gallifrey
Description: Tall, average build, dark, almost predatory features and usually a Van-Dyke Beard. Usually dresses in dark clothing, unless he's incognito.
Special Abilities/Skills: The Master, though a murderous megalomaniac, is one of the most brilliant of our race. His skills in TARDIS operations, modifications, and repair are of the highest order. He's also capable of quick, decisive improvisation, and is an inventive, if twisted, genius. His telepathic abilities are sharply honed, and he is skilled at bending lesser minds to his formidable will. He also has a real knack for escaping from near-certain extinction.
Weaponry: The Master's pet weapon is a sidearm known as the T.C.E. (Tissue Compression Eliminator). A terrible weapon which compresses molecular structures, reducing objects to one Tenth their normal size. The Master is equally able with a variety of weaponry, ranging from the primitive to the horrendously advanced.
Weaknesses: The Master's only real weakness is his ego... his overconfidence is legendary. This is a trait which has cost him dearly in his many struggles with the Doctor, who is just as imaginitive and capable. Also, the Master has used up all of his regenerations, and now if he is mortally injured, he can only survive by taking over the bodies of others.

Summary: A renagade Time-Lord, and one of the most Evil beings our Gallifreyan race has ever produced. It has been rumored that he left Gallifrey after an unsuccessful attempt at a political coup, but this is merely one account. All official records of his origin have vanished or been destroyed. Most information on his past is spotty at best and has been supplied by an occasional operative, and former President known as The Doctor, as the Master's Biodata Extract has somehow been removed from the APC Net ( The MATRIX ). He was once a friend of the Doctor, and they were both students at the Prydonian Academy.
On many occasions he has become a menace of the highest order. In what may be his most insidious crime, his interference with the labors of the Logopolitains (whose Block-Transfer Computations created and maintained the CVE's that warded off the heat-death of the Universe) caused
a wave of entropy to spread across the cosmos, eradicating thousands of inhabited star-systems. While this was not the effect he intended, he nonetheless used it to his advantage, and attempted to blackmail the universe into bending to his whims, lest he allow everything to dissolve into nothingness. Only the intervention of the Doctor thwarted the Master's plan, and stabilized the CVE that led to E-Space, though it cost the Doctor his 4th incarnation. The Master is tremendously malicious and evil, and has drifted towards insanity. He has vowed revenge upon the Doctor, the Time Lords, and the Doctor's adopted home, Earth, and he will stop at nothing to realize these dark designs. Not only that, but since he has used up his regenerations, the Master seeks to take over the body of another Time-Lord if he can. This, however, makes him all the more dangerous.
The Master was seemingly killed in his most recent struggle with the Doctor, but his demise has seemed certain in many instances past. It would be unwise to assume that he has been eliminated permanently. He seeks nothing less than a cosmos with him as its ruler, and will stop at nothing to achevie his goal. He is deceptively powerful, and will not hesitate to murder anyone attempting to thwart his aims. He is, arguably, the most dangerous of all the listed Temporal Marauders and extreme care is to be taken when involved in a situation where his involvement is suspected.
